 mission
WHAT WE DO

We help adults with dyslexia obtain jobs and excel in their chosen professions.

Our Tool Kit provides state-of-the-art assistive devices and other materials that help our clients compensate for their condition and reach their full potential.

We help connect our clients with employers, then continue to support them after they find jobs by providing coaching and other assistance as needed.
 mission
WHAT WE BELIEVE

Some of our greatest thinkers and doers have dyslexia, and their success often is linked to the unique vision, drive and problem solving skills characteristic of many people with this condition.

Every person with dyslexia should have the same chance to succeed as those without it.

We want the world to celebrate dyslexia as an asset, not a liability.
